We host virtual and in person workshops for students and professionals’, minimum group of ten (10). All workshops are fun and interactive-includes group discussions, handouts and activities.

Civic Engagement - Why it Matters

This workshop provides participants with a general overview of the 3 levels of government and their jurisdictional duties.  Participants will explore several ways to build relationships with their elected officials, gain a better insight to the electoral process, identify barriers to diversity in Canadian politics and learn how to remain politically neutral when serving the community.

The Art of Building An Awareness Campaigns

This workshop teaches participants how to create an awareness campaign and highlight 7 key principles of advocacy. It will explore various strategies for raising awareness and advocating for an issue at the local and political level. Proven techniques for recruiting volunteers, engaging politicians and maintaining a strong support team. Participants will also learn effective methods for engaging the community on important social issues, maintaining momentum and establishing partnerships with various stakeholders.
